Birth Ready & Mending Mama

No matter if your preference is a vaginal or cesarean delivery, medicated or unmedicated, this class is for you! We are here to help you prep for all scenarios both physically and mentally! 

This is a 3 hour class. Birth partners are highly encouraged to attend and learn support techniques for labor. 

The Birth Ready class will go through birth preferences and philosophies, stages and phases of labor, how to advocate and make informed decisions, strategies to prepare the pelvic floor, how to manage discomforts during labor with multiple coping strategies, movements and hands-on techniques to help with labor progression, and how to push effectively. Remember birth is a mental event as well. The goal is to help mamas and their birth partners feel confident during labor and pushing.
